Position Summary:
The role of the Recruitment Specialist is to support the organization’s staffing efforts by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes posting open positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring that all hires meet the qualifications and standards of Hamaspik Choice. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to finding the right talent to support our mission and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill open positions in a timely and appropriate manner with qualified candidates
- Post job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms
- Review and screen incoming resumes for role fit
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Attend and lead interviews in collaboration with the hiring manager
- Conduct reference checks and document findings
- Create and submit hiring proposals for internal approval
Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Experience with high-volume recruiting or healthcare hiring is a plus
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards (e.g., Indeed)
