Job Overview:
The role of the Office Assistant is to provide general administrative office support and assistance, and to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in set-up of large meetings and events
- Assist with care management letters
- Assist with managing the reception area by receiving and directing visitors and clients
- Keep track and maintain office and kitchen supply inventories
- Ensure organization of daily mailing/Receive and distribute mail/Assist with various mailings
- Assist with general office related projects
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to speak effectively with members and employees of the agency.
- Good organizational, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
