In this role, you will assist the HR Manager with staff recruitment, talent acquisition and procedural functions. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment plans, sourcing candidates through various channels, creating job posting advertisements, attends job fairs and networks to find potential applicants. Conducts interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and managing the hiring process from start to finish. Will obtain employment reference information, process background checks and will ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements and paperwork. Responsible for posting internal and external postings. Will coordinate new hire on-boarding processes such as employee health visits and new employee orientation. Maintain ongoing contact with applicants and Managers. Will provide excellent customer service to enhance the hiring experience for new employees. Assists with verification of employment requests received in HR and completion in a timely manner. Will regularly monitor required active licenses and certifications for certain positions, ensuring renewals are received and updated within HR records.
Position Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in a supportive role in Human Resources, specifically in full cycle recruitment; including onboarding. Knowledge and experience working with HRIS software. Must have thorough knowledge and experience in the recruitment processes, specifically in a healthcare environment preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
3. Training/Certification: SHRM certification a plus.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
