This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with client expectations, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery. The Client Execution Lead acts as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and fostering strong relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention. They are responsible for identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and quality standards. Ultimately, this role is critical in translating client needs into actionable plans and delivering measurable business value.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or client delivery roles.Proven track record of managing complex client projects with successful outcomes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.Experience with project management tools and methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.Experience working in a client-facing role within a technology or consulting environment.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate project execution activities to meet client requirements and deadlines.Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and adjust resources as necessary to achieve objectives.Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing solutions to minimize impact on project delivery.Facilitate regular status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.Skills:The Client Execution Lead utilizes strong organizational and leadership skills daily to coordinate multiple project activities and ensure alignment with client goals. Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
