This role blends client intake, relationship management, and administrative/organizational tasks in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Position HighlightsCompetitive base salary bonus potential401(k) with employer matchCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesNo evenings or weekends (standard business hours)Meaningful, client-focused work in a supportive team environmentWhat You’ll DoAnswer and route initial calls: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, providing a warm, professional experience.Schedule clients: Coordinate and manage consultations, meetings, and follow-ups for attorneys and staff.Assist clients with administrative and scheduling issues: Help clients with forms, appointment changes, and general questions, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.Manage the firm calendar: Maintain and update the firm’s master calendar, including attorney schedules, deadlines, and key dates.Assist with scheduling firm events and networking opportunities: Coordinate internal firm events, webinars, workshops, and external networking meetings or events to support business development.Coordinate community outreach: Help plan and organize community-facing activities, including workshops, presentations, and partnerships that promote the firm and its services.Drive new business: Manage and track leads, opportunities, and outreach to acquire new clients.Client engagement: Contact potential clients via phone and email, explain our services, and guide them through the intake and onboarding process.Draft engagement agreements: Prepare engagement letters and related documents for attorney review and client signature.Open new files in our CRM: Accurately enter client information, open new matters, and keep records current and organized.Organizational support: Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and other operational needs.Champion the client experience: Ensure each interaction reflects our firm’s high standards of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.What You’ll Need3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer service, intake, sales, hospitality, medical/dental office, or similar professional setting).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple clients, calls, and tasks at once.Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.Comfort with technology and willingness to learn our systems; CRM experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.A self-motivated, proactive mindset and a desire for a long-term role with growth potential.Professional demeanor, reliability, and a genuine desire to help clients.Ready to Make a Career Move?If you’re ready to apply client service, communication, and organizational skills in a stable, fulfilling role with real growth potential, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now and take the next step in your career with Willis Law Group LLC.Compensation:$67,500 - 77,500 yearlyResponsibilities:Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRMFollow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or servicesDrive new business by actively managing and tracking leads, opportunities, and outreach efforts using our CRM systemStay ahead of industry trends and maintain deep knowledge of our services, competitive landscape, and market conditions in the home services spaceEngage potential clients via phone and email to introduce high-value, specialized services and guide them through the onboarding processSupport team operations with organized, proactive administrative assistance for attorneys and paralegalsChampion the client experience from first contact to follow-up—ensuring every touchpoint reflects our quality, care, and expertiseBuild trust and long-term relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and solution-oriented serviceQualifications:CRM experience preferredBachelor's degree or high school diploma preferredYou must have driver’s license and reliable vehicleApplicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this roleTo be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbout CompanyWillis Law Group LLC, a boutique law firm based in Hackensack, NJ, is dedicated to providing the highest level of legal expertise in the areas of Estate Planning, Medicaid planning, Probate, Special Needs Planning, and Guardianships throughout NJ and NY.The firm is led by Attorney Michael T.
