About the Role:
Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
We are an established and growing general practice with a dynamic and rewarding culture in Hackensack, NJ. The Client Care Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for our clients and is the face of our practice. You will work closely with our clinical staff and be a capable ambassador for the organization to the public, our clients, and the professional community.

What We Offer:
- The pay range for this role is: $21-$24/hr. This pay range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed pay will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies

What You'll Do:
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every question is answered clearly and with care.
- Collaborate closely with the veterinary team to support patient care and keep communication flowing smoothly.
- Accurately document all client interactions and communications.
- Keep shared spaces clean, organized, and inviting for clients and staff.
- Guide clients through intake and discharge, making the process seamless and supportive.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple phone lines with poise, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
- Prepare and dispense medications under the direction of a doctor.
- Oversee the appointment schedule to keep the day running smoothly.
- Process payments for services with accuracy and courtesy.
What We Require:
- 1 year or more of veterinary experience in a client facing role preferred - Other client facing experience considered
- Weekend availability is required, you will be working rotating Saturdays & Sundays in this position
- Highly evolved written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Comfort working around all types of animals, primarily cats and dogs
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to adapt and work well in a busy environment
- A passion for animals
