About the Role

The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in Guardian’s sales operations by delivering fast, accurate, and commercially sound quotes across all Guardian service lines, including Shredding, Logistics, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), and Datacenter / Enterprise solutions.

This position serves as the operational backbone of Guardian’s sales motion, ensuring pricing precision, speed, and reliability. Success in this role directly supports revenue growth, protects profit margins, and delivers a seamless experience for both partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and competitive quotes across all Guardian service offerings
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure pricing aligns with cost structures and margin targets
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in pricing while adapting to deal complexity and customer requirements
• Support revenue growth by enabling faster sales cycles and responsive customer engagement
• Ensure all quotes are commercially sound and compliant with internal pricing guidelines
• Act as a trusted internal resource for pricing questions and deal structuring

• Pricing protects margin while remaining competitive

• Minimal rework or errors in proposals and pricing

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of pricing and margin concepts
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing, or a related role preferred
