About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for a Technology Manager who has built and led .NET or Java and full stack engineering teams, owns delivery outcomes end-to-end, and drives technical excellence across fast-moving cloud and AI-powered client engagements. You will work directly with GPARROT's senior leadership and client stakeholders — managing people, processes, and technology with equal confidence. Must-Have Skills
- 8 years of technology experience with 3 years in an engineering leadership or management role
- Strong .NET / C# technical background — you can lead architecture discussions, review code, and set engineering standards
- Experience leading full stack engineering teams — React, TypeScript, or Angular on the front end; .NET on the backend
- Hands-on cloud platform experience — Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
- Experience delivering or overseeing AI-integrated applications — LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow software engineering teams
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery management — sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Experience working directly with clients and senior business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leading and directing Vibe Coding Team's
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage .NET and full stack engineering teams across client engagements and internal initiatives
- Own end-to-end delivery — planning, execution, quality, and release management across cloud and AI-powered projects
- Set technical direction for .NET backend services, React front ends, and cloud-native architectures
- Partner with product owners, architects, and QA leads to ensure development teams are aligned and unblocked
- Drive the adoption of AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot — across engineering teams to accelerate delivery
- Oversee AI integration initiatives — LLM-powered features, RAG pipelines, and intelligent workflow automation
- Define and enforce engineering standards, code quality practices, and development governance
- Recruit, mentor, and grow .NET and full stack engineering talent — building a high-performance, AI-first culture
- Serve as the primary technology point of contact for client stakeholders — managing expectations and driving outcomes
- Track and report on team velocity, delivery health, and engineering KPIs
- Collaborate with GPARROT's senior leadership on capability building and go-to-market initiatives
