About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who builds fast — not just because they're good, but because they know how to harness AI coding agents to accelerate development without sacrificing quality. You are fluent in React, Node.js, and MySQL, and you use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Bolt, or v0 as force multipliers to ship production-ready applications at speed. If you think in systems, move with urgency, and treat AI as a co-pilot rather than a novelty — this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Build and ship full stack applications rapidly using AI coding agents including Claude Code and vibe coding workflows
• Use Claude Code as an agentic coding partner — delegating complex tasks, reviewing outputs, and iterating at speed
• Develop responsive, performant front-end experiences in React
• Design and build robust REST APIs and backend services with Node.js
• Model, query, and optimize relational data in MySQL
• Integrate AI-generated code intelligently — reviewing, refining, and owning the output
• Collaborate with product and design teams to turn ideas into working prototypes in days
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices

What we're looking for

• 3 years of full stack development experience with React, Node.js, and MySQL
• Active, daily use of AI coding agents — Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Bolt, or v0 — hands-on fluency, not just awareness
• Demonstrated ability to use Claude Code for agentic, multi-step development tasks and complex feature builds
• Ability to ship working, production-quality applications fast without cutting corners on quality
• Strong grasp of REST API design, database modeling, and front-end architecture
• A builder mentality — you prototype quickly, iterate faster, and own what you ship
• Excellent communication and ability to work across cross-functional teams

Pay range: 80k to 120k
