Grey Parrot Systems (GPARROT) is hiring an experienced Lotus Notes Migration Specialist to lead and execute the migration of legacy IBM Lotus Notes / Domino applications and databases to a modern cloud platform.

About the Role
Legacy Lotus Notes environments are complex, deeply embedded, and notoriously difficult to migrate. We need someone who has done this before — someone who can assess the landscape, map applications and workflows to modern cloud equivalents, and execute a clean migration with minimal business disruption. The target cloud platform is open and will be determined based on client environment and fit.
Must-Have Skills
- 5 years of experience with IBM Lotus Notes / Domino administration and development
- Proven track record of migrating Lotus Notes applications and mail to a cloud platform (Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, Google Workspace, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Lotus Notes architecture — NSF databases, forms, views, agents, and workflows
- Experience with migration tools such as Binary Tree, Quest (Migrator for Notes), HCL Volt MX, or similar
- Ability to assess, document, and categorize Notes applications by complexity and migration path
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
What You'll Do
- Conduct a full inventory and assessment of existing Lotus Notes / Domino applications and databases
- Categorize applications by complexity — retire, rebuild, or migrate
- Map Lotus Notes workflows, forms, and agents to modern cloud equivalents
- Execute mail, calendar, and application migrations to the target cloud platform
- Work with business stakeholders to validate migrated applications and sign off on acceptance
- Identify and mitigate migration risks, dependencies, and data integrity issues
- Develop and maintain migration documentation, runbooks, and status reporting
- Coordinate with IT and infrastructure teams on cutover planning and execution
- Provide post-migration support and hypercare during stabilization period

- PMP, ITIL, or cloud certification (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience in enterprise environments with 1,000 Notes users
