Job Description
- Operate and monitor production equipment used in Slider Assembly or Delrin Chain manufacturing.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges.
- Monitor production output and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Complete production documentation and activity logs.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, or production machinery preferred.
- Ability to read measuring devices, blueprints, schematics, or work instructions preferred.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
