Job Description
- Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account inquiries.
- Verify account details and ensure accuracy across all financial transactions.
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
- Process payments and advances on credit cards, loans, and lines of credit.
- Cross-sell financial products and services to meet member needs.
- Provide exceptional member service in person, by phone, and via email.
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and multi-screen navigation.
- Strong numerical, accuracy, and balancing skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the branch.
