Location: Durham, NC

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Experience: 5 years of commercial construction project management experience preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Standard business hours; travel as required

Greene Resources is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, and cost control efforts
• Lead project coordination meetings and maintain stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements
• Support preconstruction activities including estimating, planning, and bidding
• Mentor project team members and provide leadership throughout project execution
• Build strong client relationships while driving successful project outcomes
  
  

Position Requirements

• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management
• Experience administering contracts and subcontractor relationships
• Understanding of QA/QC processes and construction safety standards
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools
• Ability to travel as needed
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
