Job Description
- Oversee daily construction activities on commercial job sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Review plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Assist with scheduling, material management, and project coordination
- Provide technical guidance and construction support to field teams
- Monitor productivity, quality control, and project performance
- Complete required reports, logs, inspections, and punch lists
- Maintain strong communication with project management, clients, and field personnel
- Experience supervising commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site operations
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as project needs require
