Job Description
- Achieve annual sales KPIs.
- Identify and develop new clients using ethical sales techniques and relationship-building strategies.
- Demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills to drive all phases of the sales cycle and win new business.
- Maintain client relationships to support long-term growth.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate effectively with internal teams and external clients to build profitable, long-term relationships.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to sales inquiries.
- Plan and prioritize daily sales activities to meet annual goals while managing personal time and productivity.
- Keep CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Office) updated with accurate and timely information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experienced with B2B sales and account management; SaaS experience is a plus.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Problem-solving and issue resolution during the pre- and post-sales processes.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to understand and negotiate business contracts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and calculate figures such as discounts, proportions, and percentages.
- Must demonstrate outstanding organizational skills.
