Position: Adobe Print Operator

Location: Henderson, NC

Pay: $17 to $21/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: Adobe Photoshop experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Description

• Foresee potential problems and aid the team in avoiding or resolving problems before they impact projects.
• Work with other departments to ensure that colors are being completed and approved on schedule.
• Understand the job scope and cut a sample from the appropriate area.
• Save color information and navigate the necessary computer systems.
• Operate and maintain the color machine.
• Digitally adjust color per customer and flooring requirements.
• Assist with color matching, troubleshooting, Lightbox evaluation, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Perform regular housekeeping, including maintaining equipment, organizing and cleaning the print room, and the work space.
• Solve color issues and make necessary modifications to ensure successful samples.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Experience performing image manipulation, blending, color isolation, and color adjustments on Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to use Adobe Photoshop to adjust images, operate a large industrial printer, and manage files on Mac systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work on a team.
• Comfortable lifting 25 lbs, climbing, and handling tools.
