Job Description:
- Identify, prospect, and close new Human Resource Consulting business opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing and internal teams to support business development initiatives.
- Educate prospects on HR trends, compliance updates, and company value propositions.
- Create proposals, respond to RFPs, and manage a full sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to support retention and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HRC colleagues to develop products, improve services, and drive innovation.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by participating in presentations, webinars, and thought-leadership efforts.
- Strategically cultivate referral sources and expand market presence.
- Strong communication skills with ability to facilitate difficult conversations.
- Ability to adapt to diverse client styles, industries, and leadership levels.
- Leadership presence with confidence, active listening, and relationship-building.
