Purpose of Position
Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is looking to hire a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Summer Intern to work at our Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This paid 10-week internship will start June 1, 2026 and run through August 7, 2026. EJM offers a flexible schedule conducive to a students' schedule with encouraged participation in company events throughout the Summer. 35-40 hours per week will be expected of each intern. A complete application and resume must be submitted to be considered. Preference will be given to local students in the Cincinnati area. This position was created for sophomore-senior status undergraduate students studying Human Resources or Business Admin.
EJM does not offer a relocation stipend for internship positions. Relocation for this internship would be the responsibility of the student.

Tasks And Responsibilities
- Manage and complete department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.
- Develop an understanding of the EJM operations, approach, methodology & tools.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding: Help prepare onboarding materials, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure new hires have the necessary resources.
- Employee Records Management: Create and maintain employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Assist in entering data into HR systems and generating reports on metrics.
- Compliance Support: Help ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by assisting in audits or record-keeping.
- General Administrative Tasks: Perform general office tasks like answering phones, managing correspondence, and filing documents.
