Job Description:
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Process and track business expense reports accurately.
- Schedule and support internal and external meetings, including catering and event coordination.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential documents and files.
- Assist with project-related tasks and ensure timely follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Exceptional organization, discretion, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
