Job Description:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for clients, providing guidance on compliance, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Support clients with strategic business objectives while balancing compliance requirements.
- Deliver on-site and remote consultative HR support, including trainings, webinars, and resource materials.
- Prepare client activity reports, maintain accurate documentation, and manage HR research projects.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Actively participate in team initiatives and share HR expertise with colleagues.
- Travel locally to client sites as required.
- Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client accounts effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful with a professional presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and able to mentor junior HR staff.
