Job Description
- Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold in the division
- Complete initial training program and attend weekly sales meetings for recurring training
- Maintain a professional attitude in dealing with customers, prospects, and staff members
- Clearly and accurately explain features and benefits to prospects in non-technical terms
- Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system and update records as required and instructed
- Comply with company policy for safeguarding customer and corporate proprietary information
- Make a minimum of 500 calls per week to qualified prospects
- Work as part of a team of dedicated sales reps to achieve team sales goals
- Meet ramp expectations as set forth in the VM Sales Growth Plan

- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

- Able to work a consistent full-time 40-hour work week
