Position: Business Development Representative

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $65,000/year quarterly bonuses

Experience: 2 years of prior business development or inside sales experience required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Greene Resources is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, and networking.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective commercial clients.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
• Promote commercial cleaning services across the Raleigh, Fayetteville, and Greenville markets.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
