Job Summary
The Concierge Desk Attendant position serves as a vacation specialist for the Resort’s onsite and offsite guests. The Attendant strives to provide the highest level of customer service to maintain a warm, inviting, and guest-focused atmosphere. Position greets arriving guests, provides accommodation and amenity information, markets special packages, curates vacation itineraries, and offers recommendations for events and local attractions. Ideal candidates are creative and possess a friendly disposition with a desire to serve others.
Required
Customer service, problem-solving, and general computer skills
Preferred
Prior customer service/guest relations experience and previous hotel/resort work experience; knowledge of local attractions

- Serve as primary point of contact for Resort guests
- Plan and reserve vacation itineraries
- Respond to email, chat, and phone inquiries
- Support work culture of service excellence
- Market special packages/activity cards
- Other duties as assigned by management
