Key Qualifications
- 4-7 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong legal writing skills (writing sample required)
- Ability to work independently and contribute immediately
- Experience beyond high-volume litigation (insurance defense or plaintiff-side PI backgrounds should not be the sole focus)
- Candidates outside the 4-7 year range must bring a book of business ($100K-$200K)
- Bonus structure based on billables, discretion, and origination
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
- Wednesdays required in-office
- Billable requirement: 1,800 hours
- Includes 50 pro bono hours
- Includes 100 CLE/professional development hours

- $3,500 annual professional development budget

Salary : $200,000 - $240,000
