We are seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction-from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout-while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle management of data center construction projects (ground-up and/or retrofit)
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Oversee preconstruction activities including estimating, buyout, and subcontractor procurement
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and execution
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA regulations and company policies
- Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks and delays
- Lead regular project meetings, reporting on schedule, budget, and key milestones
- Oversee commissioning processes, including MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, cooling infrastructure)
- Ensure quality control and adherence to contract documents and specifications
- Manage client relationships and provide consistent communication throughout project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-10 years of construction project management experience, with data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, especially electrical infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear)
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects ($10M-$200M )
- Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or MS Project
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to travel as required
- Experience with hyperscale data center projects (AWS, Google, Microsoft environments)
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and Tier standards (Uptime Institute)
- LEED accreditation or sustainability experience
- Experience working with General Contractors or Owner's Rep firms

Salary : $175,000 - $220,000
