Responsibilities主要职责
Oversee the daily processing of returns, verifying the accuracy of return reasons.
Make informed decisions to either process returns or arrange redelivery based on specific cases, in coordination with the customer service team.
Track and compile return issue distribution, collecting data on exceptions and optimizing return reason categories to improve efficiency.
Manage the shelving of returned items in the YunTu system, and coordinate with the team to ensure timely return shipments once a certain quantity of Temu returns is accumulated.
Monitor the status of processed returns to avoid any potential penalties, ensuring complete oversight of all return outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any return-related issues, support process improvements, and implement best practices.
Requirements要求
Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is essential Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage.
Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.
Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
