We’re looking for a Head of Growth who is deeply sales-driven and commercially minded, someone who understands how to turn demand into revenue and partnerships into scalable growth. You will work closely with leadership across Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to build a growth engine that converts interest into lasting customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute GNOMI’s growth and revenue strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization
- Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships to build pipeline, conversion flows, and revenue-driving growth initiatives
- Design and optimize go-to-market motions across consumer, PRO, Finance Mode, and enterprise offerings
- Translate market demand, user signals, and sales feedback into actionable growth experiments
- Build and optimize funnels that convert awareness into paid adoption
- Stay ahead of emerging distribution channels, sales technologies, and AI-driven growth tools, applying what matters to GNOMI
- Define growth, revenue, and pipeline metrics with clear accountability
- Align growth priorities tightly with company strategy and financial goals
- Build scalable processes that connect product-led growth with sales-led execution
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 years of experience in Growth, Revenue, Sales, or GTM leadership roles
- Proven track record driving revenue-focused growth in SaaS, AI, or platform businesses
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion optimization, and pipeline management
- Ability to operate across product-led and sales-led growth motions
- Highly analytical, with the ability to move quickly from insight to execution
- Comfortable owning aggressive targets and accountability
- Strong communicator who can align Product, Sales, and Leadership around shared goals
Must-Haves:
- Experience building and scaling revenue-driven growth engines
- Deep familiarity with sales tooling, CRM, attribution, and funnel analytics
- Ability to evaluate and apply new growth and sales technologies pragmatically
- Experience working with enterprise, B2B, or high-value subscription products
- Hands-on execution mindset, this is a builder role, not an observer role

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $170,000 – $220,000 (final offer based on experience and expertise)
- Bonus: Discretionary performance-based bonus tied to revenue and growth outcomes
- Equity: Eligibility for Meaningful equity as part of the total compensation package
