What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Growth Marketing position at Love Grown?
Love Grown brings pure taste and pure ingredients to the daily pleasures you love most, starting with breakfast. We're looking for a head of growth marketing who can own our growth program end to end: from strategy to execution in partnership with our marketing and creative team.
We have the brand and the product. We need someone to own the engine that drives DTC growth. That means taking full ownership of our performance marketing, including budget, strategy, campaign builds, and ongoing optimization, working directly with our CEO and senior team.
You'll build monthly projections and manage toward efficiency and growth targets. You'll lead hypothesis sessions and turn them into structured testing plans. You'll own campaign setup and execution in-platform, and bring a strong point of view on the creative, landing pages, site optimizations and offers needed to make it work. Your recommendations will be rooted in data and a genuine understanding of our customer and brand.
You'll own weekly and monthly reporting and recommendations. That means cutting through the noise to surface what actually matters, and knowing how to stack-rank where we focus next. You'll proactively tap into tools and resources — platform reps, peers, AI — to stay sharp and drive efficiency.
A hands-on performance marketer with deep Meta and Google expertise who is equally comfortable building campaigns and thinking strategically. You move between channels, creative feedback, and offer evaluation without losing the thread. You have a keen eye for CRO and landing page development, anything required to drive greater efficiency or return.
You're steady, not reactive. You're comfortable in an environment where not everything is figured out yet, and you have patience for the process. You know how to prioritize. You understand that not every problem can be solved at once and you're good at identifying what's signal versus noise. You communicate clearly and proactively, and you work well with a small, senior team.

- Growth marketing strategy, including paid channels, website optimizations, and interaction with other marketing channels eg. CRM, organic social
- Meta and Google: full channel ownership including budget management, campaign builds, and optimizations
- Own CRO and site optimization, including roadmap, testing framework, and execution; Shopify build experience a plus
- Monthly projections and performance targets across growth and efficiency KPIs
- Testing roadmap: hypothesis development, test design, and readout
- Creative strategy and concepting: strong POV on what to test and why, with the ability to provide key insights that will inform creative briefs
- Offer strategy: recommendations on what to test, developed in close collaboration with the team
- Weekly and monthly reporting and prioritized recommendations
- CRM experience, oversight or ownership of lifecycle marketing
- Experience with CPG, food, or beverage brands
- Ability to be in person from time to time in NYC a plus
