We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can turn complex data into insight, intelligence, and scalable enterprise solutions. This role sits at the intersection of AI, product, and decision-making, requiring strong statistical rigor, applied judgment, and the ability to translate models into real-world impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models powering GNOMI’s AI News Agent, Finance Mode, and enterprise solutions
• Analyze large-scale user, content, and behavioral datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and signals
• Design and evaluate models for classification, ranking, sentiment, relevance, anomaly detection, and enterprise intelligence use cases
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate data science into consumer and enterprise-facing features
• Support the development of enterprise analytics, insights, and reporting products tailored to institutional clients
• Define success metrics and evaluate model performance using rigorous statistical methods
• Lead experimentation efforts (A/B testing, causal analysis) across both consumer and enterprise deployments
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and enterprise stakeholders
• Stay current on emerging techniques and apply what meaningfully improves GNOMI’s intelligence platform

What We’re Looking For:

• 7 years of experience in Data Science, Applied Machine Learning, or similar roles
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and quantitative modeling
• Experience building and evaluating models used in production and enterprise environments
• Ability to move from ambiguous business or client needs to structured analysis and solutions
• Comfort working with real-time, high-volume, or multi-tenant data
• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and enterprise-facing partners

Must-Haves:

• Advanced proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, model evaluation, and monitoring
• Familiarity with ML pipelines, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Ability to balance rigor, scalability, and speed in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience building enterprise analytics or data products
• Exposure to NLP, information retrieval, time-series analysis, or LLM-based systems
• Familiarity with privacy, compliance, and responsible data usage in enterprise contexts
• Experience working with multilingual or global datasets

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $160,000 – $250,000 (final offer based on experience and expertise)
• Bonus: Discretionary performance-based bonus
