Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and is excited to shape how people interact with next-generation AI products. You will own end-to-end design across GNOMI’s products, working closely with Product and Engineering to bring complex systems to life through intuitive, elegant experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across mobile and desktop—from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes
- Design clear, scalable user flows that translate complex data, AI outputs, and workflows into intuitive experiences
- Drive design strategy and articulate design decisions with clarity and conviction to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional partners in an agile startup environment
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration
- Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, components, and style guides
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across all touchpoints
- Partner with Engineering to ensure seamless handoff with precise specs and assets
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Proven ownership of end-to-end product design, from concept to launch
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative product teams
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving and real-world impact
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Framer, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and modern front-end workflows
- Experience designing AI-driven, B2B, mobile, or data-heavy products
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000 (final offer based on experience and expertise)
