We are seeking a results-driven Programmatic Lead to spearhead our programmatic advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing, executing, and optimizing programmatic media campaigns across various platforms. This role involves developing strategies, overseeing campaign execution, managing media buying, analyzing performance, and collaborating closely with clients and creative teams to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement comprehensive programmatic media strategies aligned with client goals
- Manage end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns across DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) such as The Trade Desk, Google DV360, and others
- Optimize campaigns by continuously analyzing data, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative assets for maximum impact
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and communicate insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and effective
- Collaborate with creative and media teams to ensure assets are optimized for programmatic channels
- Manage media budgets and negotiate with vendors and platform representatives
- Conduct audience research and build custom audience segments for targeted campaigns
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues promptly
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- 5 years of experience in programmatic media buying and management
- Proven success in managing large-scale programmatic campaigns with measurable ROI
- Experience with audience segmentation, data management platforms (DMPs), and data onboarding
- Knowledge of ad verification, brand safety, and fraud prevention strategies
- Certification in programmatic platforms and digital advertising tools
- Strong understanding of DSPs, ad exchanges, and real-time bidding processes
- Proficiency in tools such as The Trade Desk, Google DV360, MediaMath, or similar platforms
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and data analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
