POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support advanced marketing measurement, reporting, and insights across our full-service advertising and creative consultancy. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working hands-on with data while collaborating closely with Strategy, Media, Creative, and Account teams.
The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in turning data into actionable insights that inform campaign strategy, creative optimization, and client decision-making, while continuing to grow toward more senior analytical and consultative responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Analytics & Insights
- Execute marketing analyses across brand, performance, and integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, paid media, CRM, and other channels.
- Support the development of measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures aligned to client objectives.
- Deep understanding of GA4 or adobe analytics.
- Conduct analyses such as campaign performance evaluation, audience segmentation, funnel analysis, and basic attribution or incrementality studies.
- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities from complex datasets.
Reporting & Visualization
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all reporting deliverables.
- Translate data outputs into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration
- Partner with Strategy, Media, Creative, and Account teams to support campaign planning, optimization, and measurement.
- Contribute to client presentations by helping craft data-driven stories and insights.
- Participate in client meetings as an analytics subject-matter contributor, with guidance from senior team members.
- Support new business efforts through research, analysis, and measurement approaches.
Tools, Data & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously improve data quality, integration, and reporting processes.
- Help identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline analytical workflows.
- Stay current on marketing analytics trends, platform changes, and evolving measurement best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 5 - 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or a related analytical role, preferably within an agency, consultancy, or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and campaign measurement fundamentals.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., GA4 or Adobe Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with digital media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, programmatic, CRM platforms).
- Familiarity with attribution models, experimentation, or full-funnel measurement.
- Experience supporting creative effectiveness or brand measurement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
