POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Specialist to lead our social media efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement. This role involves developing social media strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and working closely with clients and creative teams to build authentic and impactful social presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterst, Redditetc.)
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, budgeting, and optimization
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and foster authentic interactions
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce visually appealing and compelling content
- Identify influencer and partnership opportunities to enhance brand presence
- Keep clients informed with regular updates and strategic recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and growth strategies
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Creative storytelling abilities and multimedia editing skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms and advertising tools
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent project management and team collaboration skills
