Recruiter / Account Manager (Direct Hire – Dual Desk)

We take a consultative, solution-based approach, working closely with hiring leaders to understand their business goals and provide the right talent to support them. With no territories, our team has the flexibility to build meaningful partnerships and make a real impact across industries.
GlobalSourceIT is growing our direct hire practice and looking for someone who wants more than just a recruiting or sales role—you’ll have the opportunity to build and run your own desk, owning both client relationships and candidate delivery.
This is a dual desk position where success comes from your ability to build relationships, stay consistent, and create momentum over time. We partner directly with clients nationwide and take a consultative, solution-based approach, giving you the flexibility to grow accounts and make a meaningful impact—without territory restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for direct hire placements (sourcing, screening, closing)
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and staying consistently engaged
- Maintaining thoughtful, ongoing outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Identifying opportunities within existing, expanding relationships, and new accounts
- Owning the process from the first conversation through placement
