Recruiter / Account Manager (Direct Hire – Dual Desk)
Location: Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI 53224

We are hiring a Dual Desk Recruiter/Account Manager to support and grow our direct-hire business. You will manage both candidate delivery and client relationships, with the opportunity to expand into full-cycle account ownership and business development.
This position is structured to meet you where you are, whether you come from recruiting, sales, or another relationship-driven environment. You will have the opportunity to build credibility through delivery first, then grow into the client-facing side of the business as you grow!
Recruiting & Delivery
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates for direct hire opportunities
- Lead intake conversations to understand candidate experience, goals, and fit
- Present well-written candidate summaries to hiring managers
- Manage interview processes and maintain a strong candidate experience
Account Management & Business Development
- Partner with existing and recent clients to support hiring needs
- Maintain consistent, thoughtful follow-up across LinkedIn, email, phone, and campaigns
- Build relationships that lead to repeat business and expanded opportunities
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and through outreach
- Develop consultative conversations with hiring leaders
- Contribute to expanding the direct hire practice
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, sales, or a relationship-driven role (staffing experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly position candidates and opportunities
- High level of organization and consistency with follow-up
- Self-motivation and resilience in longer sales cycles
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and conversations
- Experience in technology, professional services, or consultative sales a nice-to-have
