Sales Assistant

This role offers the best of both worlds - a chance to blend marketing creativity with strategic client support. You will be involved in everything from social media engagement and event planning to coordinating key client projects and tracking business insights in Salesforce.

Marketing & Brand Engagement

• Manage internal & external communications to drive engagement (email, website, social media, and videos)
• Support trade conferences by managing event logistics, lead generation, and follow-ups
• Design and refine PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
• Track new marketing ideas and work with teams to bring them to life

Account Management & Client Support

• Coordinate candidate deployments, scheduling, and documentation
• Communicate with direct clients to gather project requirements
• Maintain account intelligence in Salesforce, track client activity, nurture leads, and identify prospects
• Research industry trends, IT conferences, and emerging business opportunities

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to industry conferences as needed
