About the Role
GlobalSource IT is seeking a performance-driven, competitive Account Executive to support continued growth within our enterprise ERP staffing and consulting practice across large, complex organizations within the Fortune 1000 market.
This role is focused on new logo acquisition and account development. It requires comfort with outbound prospecting, disciplined follow-through, and accountability for revenue in a fast-paced sales environment. It is an ideal role for someone who loves the chase, thrives in a high-activity sales environment, and is motivated by results, relationships, and income.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new enterprise client relationships through outbound prospecting, cold calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn and social selling
- Engage IT, HR, procurement, and business leaders across large organizations
- Sell ERP staffing and consulting services across platforms including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft, and related technologies
- Develop and manage a pipeline of Fortune 1000 accounts
- Manage active opportunities from first conversation through close
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
- Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure strong execution and client follow through
- Maintain consistent sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene in CRM
- Learn and clearly communicate GlobalSource IT’s services, delivery approach, and value to clients with confidence and clarity
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client requirements
- Consistently execute against sales goals and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 1-6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in enterprise or solution-based sales
- Comfortable initiating conversations and developing business through outbound outreach
- Able to manage multiple opportunities at once and stay organized in a high-activity environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Driven, accountable, and motivated by earning potential
- Willing to learn complex offerings and speak credibly with enterprise clients
- Collaborative and able to work closely with internal teams
