Senior Project Controls Specialist – Data Center Construction (Milwaukee, WI)
We are partnering with a leading consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Project Controls Specialist to support the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
This is a site-based role offering the opportunity to work across complex, high-value programmes, taking ownership of cost control, scheduling oversight, and project performance from pre-construction through to close-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost control and change management processes, including change order review and analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and project financial tracking
- Monitor project progress against schedule and cost baselines
- Perform earned value analysis and produce performance reports
- Review contractor applications, cost reports, and progress updates
- Support delay analysis, risk management, and mitigation planning
- Collaborate with project teams to drive project performance and reporting
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years experience in project controls (cost and/or planning) within construction
- Experience on large-scale or mission-critical projects (data centers preferred)
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, Excel, and cost systems
- Understanding of scheduling, cost control, and project reporting processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Package
- $130,000 – $160,000 base salary
- Relocation support available
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Milwaukee, WI
