Contract Details
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 12 Months
- Pay Rate: $24.99–$25.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Rotating 12-hour day shift (C Shift) — Week 1: Thursday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Week 2: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Schedule repeats on an ongoing basis.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Job Summary
This role has a strong focus on inventory control, material accuracy, and production support. This role ensures materials are available, accurately tracked, and safely handled, while supporting internal customers, third-party logistics providers, and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the crib, loading bays, and storage areas
- Coordinate activities with third-party logistics and warehouse service providers
- Interface with internal customers to resolve material shortages, supply discrepancies, and machine downtime situations
- Issue materials to production as required, ensuring accurate system transactions and traceability
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase order and safety requirements
- Perform routine and ad-hoc cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inventory records in materials management systems and virtual crib platforms
- Monitor inventory levels to support reorder points, reduce excess inventory, and prevent stockouts
- Ensure proper material labeling, storage location accuracy, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO where applicable)
- Support Point of Use (POU) delivery systems to production areas
- Track, locate, and expedite material deliveries as required
- Provide shift coverage on short notice as operational needs arise
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures

Education Requirements

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management and control
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in forklift operation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and inventory systems
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 45 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods during a 12-hour shift
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Ability to work in warehouse and production areas with varying temperatures and noise levels
