We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing finance and accounting team supporting a dynamic multi-entity organization. This role offers hands-on exposure to month-end close, intercompany accounting, prepaid tracking, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives making it an excellent growth opportunity toward future Staff Accountant and accounting leadership roles.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Full-cycle accounts payable processing

✔ High-volume invoice review, coding, and payment support

✔ Vendor statement reconciliations and issue resolution

✔ ACH, wire, and check run preparation

✔ Expense report auditing and compliance review

✔ AP subledger and month-end close support

✔ Intercompany and prepaid expense tracking

✔ Supporting ERP and process improvement initiatives

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of Accounts Payable experience

• Experience in multi-entity, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or project-based environments preferred

• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills

• ERP/accounting systems experience (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Someone highly organized, dependable, coachable, and process-driven

• Ability to manage high transaction volume while maintaining accuracy and strong controls
