GL Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position requires strong communication, sales, and organizational skills to manage customer accounts, prepare quotes, process orders, and provide excellent customer service.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Hialeah, FL
Compensation
- Base salary: $42,000 per year
- Commission: 1% of gross profit, eligible after 3 months of employment
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Prepare customer quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Process customer orders and prepare accurate paperwork for warehouse shipping, including deliveries and customer pick-ups.
- Follow company procedures for order processing and documentation.
- Follow up on previous quotes and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Research potential customers online using resources such as Google and industry directories to develop new business.
- Collect customer payments by credit card or cash accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, retail sales, or another customer-facing sales role.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple quotes, follow-ups, and orders while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (CRM experience preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
- Strong personality with persistence in sales and customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established company procedures.
