Warehouse Operations / Inventory Specialist

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with availability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Verify and organize incoming shipments, maintain stock rotation, and keep warehouse areas organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the Supply Chain team of replenishment needs.
• Track inventory movements using inventory management systems and Excel.
• Investigate and resolve inventory issues, including missing, damaged, or expired items.
• Assist with shipping documentation and prepare, package, and label outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish (speak, read, and write).
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
