Part Time Service Receptionist

As a Part Time Receptionist at Autoworld Kia, part of the Generation Auto Group, you are the face of our dealership and often the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will help create a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service, assisting visitors and callers, scheduling appointments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the dealership.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments for customers.
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and assist with customer retention efforts.
• Contact customers regarding missed appointments, upcoming visits, and dealership promotions as directed.
• Assist customers with general questions and provide basic dealership information.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records in dealership systems.
• Coordinate communication between customers, Sales, Service, and Management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
