What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician/Porter position at GC Multifamily?
GC Multifamily is excited to be hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician/ Porter for our Harvey, LA location. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficient skill levels in the following categories: groundskeeping, minor electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and drywall. Experience with pools is required and HVAC is a plus.
Dependable transportation and tools are required for these positions.

This position requires picking up grounds, cleaning fitness and grounds daily, cleaning of outdoor pits and fireplaces, pool areas and dog parks for an A class property.
Service Technicians are to work professionally and are required to be capable of:
Maintaining the property grounds ,pools, common areas clean and inviting.
Respond to resident service request within 1 business day.
Perform routine property inspections and preventative maintenance.
