Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Community Director to oversee the operations of a community in Fort Smith, AR. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional marketing skills, a background in property management, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in administrative tasks related to community management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring a high standard of living for residents.
- Manage property maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance staff to address resident needs promptly.
- Utilize Appfolio software for managing resident accounts, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Develop and implement community engagement programs to foster a sense of belonging among residents.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management and resident interactions.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Motivating teams to accomplish goals.
- Foster positive relationships with residents through effective customer relationship management strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is required.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player in a collaborative environment focusing on exemplary marketing.
- Professionalism and organization skills is a must
