Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate transactions, including M&A and financings
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and corporate documents
- Conduct due diligence and prepare corporate filings
- Support deal strategy and coordinate with clients, teams, and external counsel
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- 1–3 years of corporate experience, preferably with high-growth businesses
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
- Licensed in California or eligible for admission
Compensation & Benefits
