Key Responsibilities
β Support capital markets transactions, including public and private securities offerings
β Assist with SEC reporting and disclosure obligations for public company clients
β Contribute to corporate transactions and general corporate matters as part of a deal team
β Work closely with partners and senior associates on client matters
β Advise on corporate governance and day-to-day corporate matters
β Deliver practical, business-focused legal advice
Qualifications
β’ J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
β’ 2β4 years of corporate transactional experience (Class of 2021β2023)
β’ Experience with securities offerings, capital markets transactions, and/or public company representation preferred
β’ Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
β’ Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility to waive in)
β’ Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
