This top firm is looking for a seasoned corporate associate with 5 years of general corporate experience. If you've handled venture financings, public offerings, SEC reporting, or corporate governance and you're ready to level up in a practice that thrives on innovation and collaboration, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with founders, executives, and boards at leading tech companies
  

• Navigate venture capital financings, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance matters
  

• Take ownership of client relationships and deal execution
  

• Learn from some of the sharpest minds in the corporate tech space
  

What They Offer:

• Base salary of $365,000 to $435,000 depending on seniority

Who You Are:

• 5 years of corporate law experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech-focused environment
  

• Adept at managing client relationships and handling complex deals
  

• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or Palo Alto
  

• Academically excellent with strong written and verbal communication skills
