The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Oakland men’s health clinic as a part-time, senior provider.
This role is designed for a clinician who enjoys relationship-based care, values autonomy, and wants a predictable, burnout-free schedule.
You’ll work closely with another experienced provider and serve as the primary in-clinic clinician on 2–3 weekdays, caring for a motivated patient population that actively wants to improve their health.
No nights.
No weekends.
No hospital or urgent-care chaos.

What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary provider in clinic on your scheduled days
- Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans under physician supervision
- Provide care across TRT, ED treatments, weight loss, and wellness therapies
- Perform in-office procedures and injections as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with providers, medical assistants, and clinic leadership
- Practice high-quality medicine in a calm, well-supported environment
Who This Role Is For
This role is a great fit if you are:
- An experienced NP or PA (3 years)
- Licensed in California with active DEA registration
- Comfortable discussing men’s health, hormones, and sexual health
- Looking for schedule flexibility without sacrificing clinical depth
- Interested in a role that prioritizes continuity, autonomy, and relationships
- Experience in men’s health, urology, endocrinology, internal medicine, or concierge medicine is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $80–$95/hour, depending on experience
- Monthly and annual performance bonuses
- DEA registration, state license, and malpractice insurance fully covered
- Flexible weekday schedule
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
