Clinical Director (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)

We are seeking a Clinical Director (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to lead patient care delivery within our clinic. This role blends clinical expertise, leadership, and operational execution to ensure patients receive high-quality, consistent, and outcome-driven care.

This is not a passive provider role this is a hands-on leadership position responsible for clinical decision-making, patient conversions, and maintaining the standard of care across all services.

Clinical Care & Patient Management

• Conduct patient consultations including hormone optimization, weight loss, and men’s health services
• Interpret labs (Testosterone, PSA, Hematocrit/Hemoglobin, metabolic markers, etc.) and develop treatment plans
• Initiate and manage therapies including:
• Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
• Medical Weight Loss
• Erectile Dysfunction treatments (including shockwave therapy support)
• Adjunct therapies as needed
• Perform follow-ups and adjust care plans based on patient response and outcomes
• Ensure safe, compliant prescribing practices

Patient Experience & Conversions

• Educate patients clearly and confidently on treatment options
• Translate clinical findings into actionable, understandable plans
• Drive patient commitment to care through trust, clarity, and results
• Maintain high standards for patient engagement and retention

Clinical Leadership & Operations

• Oversee medical assistants and ensure proper clinical workflows
• Maintain consistency in consult flow, lab review process, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to improve systems, efficiency, and patient outcomes
• Assist in refining SOPs and clinical pathways

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) (Virginia license required or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong ability to interpret labs and make independent clinical decisions
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
