Position OverviewWe are seeking a Clinical Director (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to lead patient care delivery within our clinic. This role blends clinical expertise, leadership, and operational execution to ensure patients receive high-quality, consistent, and outcome-driven care.
This is not a passive provider role this is a hands-on leadership position responsible for clinical decision-making, patient conversions, and maintaining the standard of care across all services.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Patient Management
- Conduct patient consultations including hormone optimization, weight loss, and men’s health services
- Interpret labs (Testosterone, PSA, Hematocrit/Hemoglobin, metabolic markers, etc.) and develop treatment plans
- Initiate and manage therapies including:
- Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
- Medical Weight Loss
- Erectile Dysfunction treatments (including shockwave therapy support)
- Adjunct therapies as needed
- Perform follow-ups and adjust care plans based on patient response and outcomes
- Ensure safe, compliant prescribing practices
Patient Experience & Conversions
- Educate patients clearly and confidently on treatment options
- Translate clinical findings into actionable, understandable plans
- Drive patient commitment to care through trust, clarity, and results
- Maintain high standards for patient engagement and retention
Clinical Leadership & Operations
- Oversee medical assistants and ensure proper clinical workflows
- Maintain consistency in consult flow, lab review process, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to improve systems, efficiency, and patient outcomes
- Assist in refining SOPs and clinical pathways
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) (Virginia license required or ability to obtain)
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong ability to interpret labs and make independent clinical decisions
- Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

- Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, weight loss, or functional medicine preferred
